I'd like to know how downtown is defined here and to see data backing up the statement, "We've been seeing more strollers." This is a first take on this story, based on what looks like a press release issued today, and I look forward to seeing write-throughs with more information.

A brief story, with some relevance to city dwellers. Some key details would be helpful here - such as how the downtown areas are measured, and if they are consistent across the cities rated. Most of these cities have downtown density, but some also sprawl, too.
