This article is a great example of good journalism. Ericson gives substantial background on the issue, and then presents every side of the argument. He even quotes a neighborhood man who seems rather impartial to the argument over the liquor licenses in Federal Hill. The entire article was written very objectively; they only opinions I received where those of the people being quoted.

This story wasn't well-sourced, it didn't show both sides of the story. The story was just based on the opinions of the petitioners. It should include any remarks from the alcohol committee or owners of the bars.

This was a one sided and biased story. When you are presenting information it should show the facts of both sides of the story, not just one. People within these neighborhoods should know what they are getting into prior to moving into the new residence.
