A report on the rally in Annapolis to protest municipal employee budget cuts is a mix of analysis of the protest itself, and a broader view of the ongoing budgetary and financial concerns. Lazarick included many quotes from various perspectives that add to the story. Some word choices, however, seem a bit biased. Calling the governor's appearance "bizarre," and repeating the phrase "balanced approach" gives the impression that the reporter does not have a lot of respect for the debate.
