City teachers receive career 'paths' under new contract

Overall a well-written and thoughtful piece. I would have liked to see feedback from someone who opposed the new policy and their perspective on the path they were placed in. Even from maybe a couple of people to determine if attitudes have shifted. Without that, the story seems a little like more good news about a good idea, instead of more news about an idea being tested.
