O'Malley's agenda: biotech, electric cars, wind farms

Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley rolled out a legislative agenda on Monday that would funnel $100 million in tax revenue to biotech and science startup companies, provide $1.5 million in tax credits for electric-car buyers, and order utilities to buy offshore wind energy in 20-year contracts, among other initiatives.

The story gave a lot of information and numbers but did not quote anyone besides the mayor.Since it was not the mayor who came up with these numbers it seems like another source should have mentioned. Also there is a lot of information that I believe to be fact but I wish it had been presented in a more interesting way. The story doesn't capture the readers attention , instead it just spews facts at you and ends quite quickly.
