This is a nice summary of yesterday's news, packaged together, with context and voice. The Brew is particularly good at this type of analysis.

This story was fact based because the information came from the census.It was informative because the information being presented could be relevant to many different people, however the journalist did not do a good job of showing the reader how this information on relate to them specifically. In general, this was a good piece but the writer could have added more reporting, instead of simply fact presenting.

The article also provides specific numbers that are compared to historical figures, helping to add context. Additionally, the story provides three in text links that are helpful in providing transparency for the article.
